I
am very familiar with this area, as I am a native of Blount
County. I attended Maryville city schools and the University
of Tennessee in Knoxville. A full time agent since 1985, my
designations include Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate
of the Realtors Institute, and managing broker. I am a former
director of the Blount County Association of Realtors. I have
been a member or chairman of most all Association committees,
including: *Professional Standards; *Grievance; *Nomination;
*Program; *Bylaws; *Legislative; and *Member Services. Other
awards received include: Office "Agent of the Year,"
Million Dollar Producer since 1989, Knoxville Association "Award
of Excellence" recipient, plus I was chosen as one of the
three most referred local agents by Blount County realtors.
My wife is Supervisor of Secondary
Education (high school program) for Blount County schools.
My father was Occupational Health & Environmental Safety
Director for ALCOA, and my mother taught for 30 years with
the Maryville and Alcoa school systems. My hobbies include
snow skiing, UT athletics, and Colonial American History.
My specialty is older homes,
the sale of estate properties, and relocation assistance.
